摘要
本文是以某汽车厂一机加工单元为研究对象,结合生产线平衡理论研究,通过对该单元生产线平衡的全面分析及改进,对动态线平衡技术在机加工单元的实际应用进行了论述。
This article is based on an automobile plant on a machining unit for the study, combining theoretical study balance production line, through a comprehensive analysis of the cell line balancing and improvement of the dynamic line balancing technology in the practical application of machining units discussed.
