随着企业用工制度与职工结构的变化,劳务用工已成为国有企业的主要力量之一。在大量的劳务工群体中,劳务工党员的管理一直是困扰党员教育管理工作的难点。神东煤炭集团公司经过调查研究,探索实践,形成了具有企业特点的劳务工党员管理机制。
With the changes of enterprise employment structure,the temporary employees have become one of the major forces in stateowned enterprises. In a large number of temporary employees,the education and management of party members is a problem. By exploration and practice,the specific management method is formed in Shendong Coal Group.
