山西省农业产业集群的测度

Measurement of Agricultural Industrial Clusters in Shanxi Province

农业在山西经济发展中占据重要地位,但产业化水平不高,因此利用集群发展带动农业产业发展显得尤为重要。本文立足于山西农业产业发展现状,在运用区位熵和集中度指标对山西农业产业集群进行实证分析的基础上,针对山西省农业产业集聚程度较低、整体专业化水平不高、各地区发展不均衡、龙头企业带动作用不突出等问题,提出进一步发挥政府的导向与支持作用;在各地市现有优势的基础上,合理布局农业产业集群区域;强化龙头企业的带动和辐射作用等促进山西农业产业集群发展的策略。

Agriculture plays an important role in economic development of Shanxi province, though with a low industrialization level. Therefore it is significant to accelerate the development of agriculture through industrial clusters. The paper, based on the current situation of agricultural development in Shanxi, empirically analyzes the agriculture industrial clusters in Shanxi by using location quotient and degree of concentration. Such problems are found in their development as low levels of industrial ag- glomeration and of integrated specialization, unevenly development among districts and weak driving role of leading enterprises. Furthermore it puts forward correspondently that the guiding and supporting function of local government shall be strengthened, the layout of industrial clusters shall be aimed at the existing advantages of cities and districts, and the leading and radiation effect of leading enterprises shall be improved.
