高校国防生思想政治教育存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Ideological and Political Education of Colleges National Defense Students

随着我国军事改革步伐的逐步推进,高校国防生在逐渐成为国防和军队现代化建设生力军的同时,也暴露出其在思想政治方面存在的问题。总体来讲,这些问题主要包括:自我认识不够,容易随波逐流;献身精神不足,个人情绪常在;入党动机不纯,思想复杂多变;国防意识不强,政治素养较差。为了培育合格的高校国防生,我国应在利用外部有利条件,营造良好的生态环境;引导国防生"身份认同",树立当代军人核心价值观;净化国防生心灵,筑牢国防意识;顺应时代要求,改进教育方法;加强理论引导,善用精神力量等方面采取措施,加强教育。

With increasing advancement of national military reform, national defense students grad- ually become fresh troops in the modernization of national defense and the army. At the same time, we are exposed to a series of problems in ideological and political aspects. Generally speaking, it includes： deficiency of self- awareness and inclination to drift with the tide ; lack of dedication and lost in private sentiments; impure motivation to join the party, and complex and volatile thoughts; feeble consciousness of national defense and weak political literacy. In order to cultivate college national defense students of high-quality, we should take advantage of favorable external conditions to create a good ecological en- vironment, guiding national defense students to achieve the identity and establishing core value contem- porary military. Still, we should put effort into purifying the mind of those students while reinforcing the national defense consciousness. We should ameliorate as well as improve the education methods com- plying with the pace of time and strengthen theoretical guidance, making best use of measures of spiritu- al strength.
