摘要
高校教师组织承诺的提升有助于高校人力资源的稳定与发展。如何通过人力资源管理提升教师的组织承诺既是高校人力资源部急需解决的问题,也是人力资源管理界研究的热点问题。基于江西省高校教师为调查对象的研究结果表明,高校人力资源管理六个实践会对组织承诺的五个实践产生影响,但并不是一一对应的影响关系。
The ascension of university teachers" organizational commitment can contribute to the stabili- ty and development of human resources in universities. How to improve teachers" organizational commitment through human resources management is a urgent problem in universities, and is also a hot issue in human resource management research. The research based on the data of Jiangxi Province' s universities shows that six modules of university human resources management can impact on the five aspects of organizational commitment practice, but is not a one--to--one relationship.
