产业集群背景下北部湾物流人才培养现状与对策

Current Status and Countermeasures of Logistics Talent Cultivation in Beibuwn under Industrial Conglomeration

针对产业集群背景下现代物流产业对人才需求的基本特征,分析了北部湾物流人才需求的现状,以及在物流人才培养过程中存在的问题,参照国内外物流人才管理相关研究成果,结合北部湾人才需求的实际状况,探索出产业集群背景下北部湾物流人才培养的对策,并构建产业集群背景下北部湾物流人才培养模式。进而实现对产业集群背景下北部湾物流人才需求全面管理的目的,进一步确保北部湾物流产业的快速发展,同时也带动北部湾地区区域经济的快速发展,保障整个北部湾物流产业体系在产业集群背景下快速、健康发展。

In this paper, in view of the basic characteristics of the talent demand of the modern logistics industry against the background of industrial conglomeration, we analyzed the current status of the demand for logistics talents in Beibuwan as well as the problems in their cultivation, and then in light of the relevant achievements in the researches on logistics talent management both in and outside of China as well as the practical situation of Beibuwan, explored the countermeasures for the cultivation of the logistics talents needed by Beibuwan against the background of industrial conglomeration.
