摘要
通过对主要构成应急物流法律保障体系的应急物流管理法律体系、应急物流标准化法律体系以及国家补偿法律体系进行分析,在对比国外有关应急物流法律构成的法律规定的基础上,结合我国现有的司法资源以及本土市场经济的现状,提出了构建我国应急法律保障体系的路径。
In this paper, we analyzed the emergency logistics management system, emergency logistics standardization system and national compensation system that constituted the emergency logistics legal support system in China, and then on the basis of a comparison of the emergency logistics related laws and regulations in China and abroad and in view of the current status of the judicial resources and local market economy of China, proposed the path for the establishment of the emergency logistics legal support system in China.
