摘要
结合铁路物流的岗位管理人事制度改革,以中铁快运为例,提出从强化铁路物流人力资源管理、创新铁路物流人力资源配置、加大铁路物流人才培训力度、完善铁路物流人力资源激励机制四个方面,进一步促进铁路物流人才的培养和培训,以激发铁路物流人才活力,促进铁路加快融入现代物流。
In this paper, in view of the reform of the post and personnel management system of the railway logistics industry and in the case of China Railway Express, we proposed measures from four aspects to promote the cultivation and training of railway logistics talents and accelerate the integration of the railway into the modern logistics system.
