摘要
通过分析我国第三方物流的法律现状,指出了物流中第三方赔付的法律问题,并提出了完善第三方赔付法律问题的有效对策。
In this paper, through analyzing the current status of the TPL-related laws in China, we pointed out the legal issues in the third party payment of logistics-related compensation, and then proposed some effective measures to eliminate these problems.
