摘要
首先从主要特征与配送要求上对食品物流配送进行概述,然后罗列分析物流基础设施与物流管理模式这两个制约食品企业自营物流配送的主要因素,接着以此为参考提出了提高食品企业自营物流配送能力的措施,最后根据食品企业的物流需求并结合企业实际情况,对食品企业自营物流配送提出了集约化共同配送及一体化垂直配送两个优化方案。
In this paper, we introduced the main characteristics and requirements of food logistics and distribution, then listed and analyzed the logistics infrastructure and management mode as the two factors restricting the self-operated logistics and distribution process of the food enterprises, then with this as the point of reference, proposed the measures to improve the self-operated logistics distribution capacities of the enterprises, and at the end, in view of the practical situation of these enterprises presented two optimization solutions.
