摘要
建立基于结构方程的烟草精益物流顾客满意度指数模型,通过调查问卷得到数据,使用Amos7.0软件建立结构方程模型,利用相应的分析方法对烟草精益物流的顾客满意度得出结论,并提出了提升烟草精益物流满意度的相关建议。
Through a questionnaire survey, we built the corresponding structural equation model using the Amos7.0 software to analyze the service satisfaction toward tobacco lean logistics.
