摘要
将复杂的物流配送中心选址问题简化为物流配送总体成本的问题进行研究,在最小二乘法原则下对不同的配送点选址问题进行分析,并求解了多个配送点选址下的物流服务分配矩阵,最后结合实际案例分析,验证了该方法的可行性。
In this paper, we converted the complex logistics distribution center location problem into a simple total logistics cost problem, then based on the least square principle, studied the location problem of different distribution points, obtained the logistics service allocation matrix, and at the end, through a case study demonstrated the feasibility of the method.
