将信息网络引入到供应链物流价值链理念中,分析了价值链理念在企业供应链物流中的作用和运行模式,指出信息化价值链模式能够使制造企业从整体上控制供应链物流效率,并通过建模和实证验证了相关理论。

In this paper, we introduced the information network into the value chain of the supply chain and logistics operations, analyzed the effect and operational mode of the value chain notion in the supply chain and logistics operation of enterprises, pointed out that the IT-based value chain mode could help the manufacturing enterprises manage the overall efficiency of their supply chain and logistics operations, and at the end, verified the theory through modeling and an empirical test.
