摘要
基于物联网技术和敏捷制造思想,探索了末端物流敏捷配送模式的标志、基本特征及配送策略,设计了末端敏捷配送的信息平台、组织架构和驱动要素。
In this paper, on the basis of the IOT technology and agile production system, we explored the signature, basic characteristics and distribution strategy of the terminal logistics agile distribution mode, and designed the information platform, organizational architecture and driving factors of the mode.
