随着法治进程的加快,国家治理体系与在治理能力的现代化已经越来越引起全国的关注,其事关国家的法治化建设。民族区域自治地方作为我国国家政府治理社会的重要组成部分,其治理能力的现代化与法治化也是至关重要的,不仅有助于国家治理能力的现代化,也有助于民族区域自治地方的经济发展与社会稳定以及民族团结。文章从基本理论出发,探讨民族区域自治地方政府治理能力现代化与法治化相关理论问题的同时,全面分析了现实存在的问题,并提出些许建议,旨在为我国民族区域自治地方政府治理能力的现代化和法治化建设有所贡献。

With the speeding up of the rule of law, governance system and the modern governance has been more and more aroused the concern of the society of the nation, it is a matter of national government by law construction. National autonomous areas as an important component of China＇s national government governance society, its governance capacity of modernization and the rule of law is also vital, not only helps to the modernization of governing ability, also helps to autonomous national areas of economic development and social stability and national unity. For further research, the subject on the basic theory, this paper discusses the related theoretical problems at the same time, the comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the reality, and puts forward some Suggestions, aiming at our country regional national autonomy local government management ability to make contribution to the building of modernization and the rule of law.
