摘要
近年来,房地产市场迅速发展,为抑制房地产价格不正常的过快增长,中央政府采用了多种政策手段对房地产市场进行宏观调控。本文通过对针对房地产市场的选择性货币政策工具不动产信用控制政策的研究,对货币政策传导机制在房地产市场的有效性进行分析及评价,并对房地产市场的货币政策提出建议。
In recent years, real estate market has developed rapidly and the central government has adapted a variety of policy tools to regulate the macroeconomics in real estate market in Order to inhibit the abnormal andexcessive growth of real estate price. By studying the selective monetary policy tools ofreal estatecredit control policy, the paper analyzesand evaluates the effectiveness ofmonetarypolicy transmissionmechanism inreal estatemarket andputs forward some suggestions.
