摘要 在国家开放大学已有OCW(开放课件)和MOOCs(大规模网络公开课程)的相关研究与实践的基础上,选取一门MOOCs课程"时间管理"进行案例研究,综合运用问卷调查和访谈等相结合的方法,收集数据并进行分析,尝试为开放大学如何面对国际MOOCs的热潮及挑战,提供现实的思路和依据,研究的结论是,开放大学应做出选择:即借鉴MOOCs的相关经验,重点是要培养开放大学的核心能力,即整合课程、学习平台和学习支持服务等的综合服务能力,充分运用各种信息技术,实现远程开放教育领域的泛在学习路线图,从而为需求日益多样化的学生和社会学习者提供有支持的学习。 On the basis of research on OCW and MOOCs of the Open University of China, from the perspective of Open and Distance Education practice, application of case study, questionnaire method to learners who enrolled in Time Management MOOCs and interview tutors, this paper tries to put forward to the options of the open universities when facing the challenges of MOOCs. In conclusion, with borrowing ideas from MOOCs, dedicated themselves to cultivating central ability of building high quality learning materials and providing high quality learning supports to realize the u - learning in the environment of Open and Distance Education.
