摘要
由于930E箱斗前护板变形且断裂,已经无法正常工作,为了保证生产,节约成本,对箱斗前护板进焊接。阐述了该箱斗前护板维修改造的焊接工艺,为以后的箱斗前护板焊接,提供了宝贵的实践经验。
Owing to the distortion and broken of 930E hopper front fender, it can not be used again. However, the hopper front fender is welded to guarantee the production and save the cost. The article tells the welding technology of maintaining and renovating the fender and laying foundations for the following fenders＇ welding.
