As a core course in Applied English Program in a vocational college, Business Interpreting must reflect teacher＇s focus on students＇ competences and their role in the classroom, with an aim to produce qualified interpreting personnel. In outcome-based teaching and learning approach, the focus of teaching is on requiring and enabling students to achieve intended learning outcomes through various teaching methods and assessment addresses what students are supposed to learn and achieve. The adoption of this approach in the subject of Business Interpreting contributes to better teaching results and quality.
