摘要
本文介绍一种基于北斗的卫星移动通信试验系统。这是一个利用我国北斗卫星的冗余资源的支持话音和低速数据的小容量系统,它可以在某些关键时刻和特殊环境下起到重要而不可替代的作用。同时,在试验系统这一平台上,还可以对下一阶段建立的GEO卫星移动通信系统的关键技术进行试验研究。基于"北斗"的卫星移动通信试验系统将以我国低EIRP的"北斗"导航卫星资源为空间段,建立我国的卫星移动通信试验系统。系统由三部分构成:由我国北斗卫星冗余资源支持的空间段;具有系统接续控制和交换能力、并与地面公用网接口的地面段;以及有较高天线增益的应用段。
