城中村市政道路的规划探析

本文针对城中村出现交通规划不合理现象,利用国际通用的"四阶段"预测法对交通量进行预测,以昆明盘龙区清泉村为例全面地探讨了城中村改造市政道路工程规划建设的必要性和可行性,构建适用于市政道路可行性研究框架,为昆明市以及其他城市的城中村市政道路建设提供建议。
