活性染料固色率的酸溶解法和尿素剥色法测定 被引量:5

摘要 采用酸溶解法和尿素剥色法,测定雅格素CBS三原色在棉针织物冷轧堆染色时的固色率,比较了两种方法的测定结果,并探讨了试验方法中可能涉及的介质条件对测试结果的影响。结果表明:两种方法对固色率的测定结果存在明显的差异,硫酸会使染料对可见光的吸收性能发生变化,从而影响固色率测定的准确性;酸溶解法测得的固色率高于尿素剥色法,且测定结果波动较大;尿素剥色法测定结果的稳定性较好,RSD值低于2%,精密度和可靠性较好。 The fixation rates of cotton knitted dyeings with trichromatic Argazol CBS reactive dyes are measured and compared by acid dissolution method and urea stripping method respectively. The media conditions in the testing method exerting impacts on the testing results are discussed. The results dem- onstrate that there is a significant difference between two methods in the measuring results of fixing rates. Sulfuric acid causes a change in the visible light absorption of reactive dyes, which affects the ac- curacy of fixation rate determination. The fixation rate of acid dissolution method is higher than that of urea stripping method. The urea stripping method is stable with RSD below 2%, high accuracy and reli- ability.
