蚕丝织物的荧光染色和抗紫外线同浴加工 被引量:4

Fluorescent dyeing and anti-UV finish of silk fabric in one bath

摘要 采用活性荧光黄FL和反应型抗紫外线整理剂UV-SUNCELLIQ对蚕丝织物进行染色和抗紫外线同浴整理,探讨了染色温度和时间,纯碱、氯化钠、紫外吸收剂和染料用量对蚕丝织物表观色深K/S值和紫外线防护指数UPF的影响,分析了染色织物的荧光效果、染色牢度和耐水洗性能。结果表明,染色蚕丝织物的K/S值和UPt’指数,随染色时间的延长和氯化钠用量的增加而逐渐升高;随着温度的升高和纯碱用量的增加,其K/S值和UPF指数先升高后降低;染料质量分数为2%~4%(om0时,染色蚕丝织物可满足警示服的荧光要求。当染料质量分数3%(omf),抗紫外线整理剂UV-SUN CEL LIQ5%(omf),纯碱0.5g/L,氯化钠50g/L,在70℃保温60min时,染色织物UPF指数接近120,且耐洗性很好,经30次标准洗涤后,其UPF指数仍超过90。 The Reactive Fluorescence Yellow FL and reactive UV-absorber UV-SUN CEL LIQ are applied onto silk fabric in one bath. The influences of dyeing temperature and time, dosages of sodium carbon- ate, sodium chloride, reactive dyes and UV-absorber on K/S value and UPF of silk fabric are discussed, the fluorescence effect, color fastness and washability of the dyed fabrics are tested. The results show that K/S value and UPF increase with the increasing of dyeing time and dosage of sodium chloride. The K/S value and UPF of silk fabric increase at first and then decrease with the increasing of temperature and dosage of sodium carbonate. The silk dyeings can meet the fluorescent requirement of warning clothing by dyeing with 2%-4%(omf) Reactive Fluorescence Yellow FL. The optimum dyeing process is Reactive Fluorescence Yellow FL 3%(omf), UV-absorber LIQ 5%(omf), sodium carbonate 0.5 g/L, sodium chloride 50 g/L, dyeing at 70 ℃ for 60 min. The UPF of the dyed fabric closes to 120, and remained more than 90 even after 30 launderv cycles.
