微量元素对养猪废水厌氧发酵产沼气的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高养猪废水厌氧发酵的反应效率提高其产气量,分别在产酸相33℃,产甲烷相36℃考察浓度为10mg/L的铁、钴、镍以及三者的混合及搅拌静置两种条件对养猪废水厌氧发酵的影响,记录产气量、p H值变化以及COD值变化。发现同时添加三种微量元素对产酸相明显有抑制作用。但是同时加入产气速率最快,产气量提高了61.70%,累积产气量为158 m L。同时COD和NH3-N的去除率最大,分别是92%和94.4%。搅拌可以加速产酸相的反应,静置利于产甲烷相的产气。 In order to improve the reaction efficiency of pig wastewater anaerobic fermentation to improve the gas production rate,concentrations of 10 mg / L of iron,cobalt,nickel and stir the mixture was investigated to research the influence of pig wastewater anaerobic fermentation at stirring and standing conditions at acidification phase in 33 ℃,methane-producing phase 36 ℃,respectively. Gas production rate,p H and COD changes was recorded in this process. We found that there was an obvious inhibitory effect when adding three kinds of trace elements to the acidogenic-phase. But the rate of producing gas is fastest when these metals were all added in reaction box and gas production increased by 61. 70%,the cumulative gas production is 158 m L. At the same time,the removal rate of COD and NH3-N could reach the top peak,they were 92% and 94. 4%,respectively. Stirring can accelerate acidification phase reaction,Standing is benefit to methanation phase produce gas.
