摘要 以镁橄榄石、硅微粉、轻烧氧化镁、六水氯化镁为主要原料,减水剂、聚乙烯醇、磷酸为外加剂,菱镁水泥作为结合剂,采用泡沫法制备了镁橄榄石隔热耐火材料,研究烧结温度对显微结构及物理性能的影响。结果表明:加入硅微粉后能提高料浆的流变性能,高温烧结后,试样孔结构发生了显著的改变,由椭圆形孔变为结构不规则且有层状空隙的h孔结构,且烧后孔壁棱角分明,孔壁中有微孔结构存在。随着温度的升高,试样的线收缩率和耐压强度逐渐增大,1100℃前增大速率较小,且数值较小,1100℃后显著增大。 Forsterite thermal insulation material( FTIM) was prepared by the foaming method using forsterite,silica fume,light calcined magnesia,magnesium chloride hexahydrate as raw materials,and the polyvinyl alcohol,water reducer,fiber,phosphoric acid were added to the raw material as admixture.The effect of the temperature on microstructure and physical properties was investigated. Rheological properties of slurry can be improved after adding microsilica. The pore structure had changed significantly after sintering. The oval pore transformed into irregular,appearing layered space pore structure. The wall of pore became angular and exist microporous. With increase of temperature,linear shrinkage rate and compression strength of the sample increases gradually,but increase rate of smaller before 1100 ℃,and small amounts,increase significantly after 1100 ℃.
