摘要
以矿渣-粉煤灰为基体制备了性能优异的地质聚合物胶凝材料,为了探究不同改性剂对胶凝材料的凝结硬化特性的影响,本文选取了普通硅酸盐水泥中常用的六类外加剂作为研究对象,设计了相关实验,结果表明:三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸三钠改性剂对胶凝体系具有促凝作用,敌锈钠、亚硫酸钠改性剂具有缓凝作用,而其他种类的改性剂效果不佳;对比不同掺量的三聚磷酸钠和柠檬酸三钠改性剂的促凝效果,发现掺量对凝结时间具有显著影响,两种改性剂的最佳掺量分别为1.0%左右和0.8%-1.0%。
Slag and fly ash have been used for preparing geopolymer cementitious material which have excellent mechanical properties,chose 6 kinds of different modifiers as study object to explore their influence on setting and hardening characteristics of slag-fly ash cementitious material system. The experiment results show that,phosphate and aliphatic hydroxy carboxylate modifier have accelerate coagulating effect to the cementitious material system,amino carboxylate and inorganic salt can slow down coagulating. Compare the accelerate coagulating effect of phosphate and aliphatic hydroxy carboxylate modifier under different amount of admixture,find that the amount of admixture have obvious significance on setting time and their best amount of admixture are about 1. 0% and 0. 8%-1. 0%.
