碳纤维炭黑导电混凝土的接地特性研究 被引量:14

摘要 选取碳纤维和炭黑作为导电相制备导电混凝土,对导电混凝土的导电性能、导电稳定性及力学性能等基本接地特性进行了研究,同时制备导电混凝土接地模块,并研究了其并联接地的降阻效果。研究结果表明:当碳纤维和炭黑掺量均为0.1%、电极面积为10%时,导电混凝土具有良好的导电性能;混凝土电阻率随龄期增长趋于稳定,稳定值为530Ω·cm左右,电阻率在-40-50℃范围内的变化幅度小于5%,导电性能稳定;导电混凝土28 d抗压强度达到35 MPa,抗折强度达到6 MPa,满足接地材料的力学性能要求;采用并联接地的形式敷设导电混凝土接地模块对接地电阻存在集合效应,当敷设间距为30-60 cm时,集合系数小于1.5,并联接地的降阻效果较好。 Carbon fiber and carbon black were selected as conductive phases to prepare electrically conductive concrete and the basic grounding characteristics of conductive concrete such as conductivity,conductive stability and mechanical properties were studied. The grounding modules made of electrically conductive concrete were grounded in parallel and the grounding effect was studied. The results showed that when the carbon fiber and carbon black contents were both 0. 1% and the electrode area was 10%,the conductive concrete had good conductivity. The resistivity of concrete tended to be stable along with the age growth and the stable value was 530 Ω·cm. The rangeability of resistivity between- 40 ℃ and50 ℃ was less than 5%. The conductive performance was stable. The compressive strength of 28 d reached 35 MPa and the bending strength of 28 d reached 6 MPa. The strength met the requirement of mechanical properties of the grounding materials. It had collective effect that the grounding modules were grounded in parallel. When the laying space was 30-60 cm the collective coefficient was less than 1. 5and the grounding effect was better.
