循证护理减少肿瘤化疗患者毒副反应的随机对照研究

A RANDOM CONTROL STUDY OF EVIDENCE BASED NURING TO REDUCE TOXICITY REACTION IN CHEMOTHERAPY OF TUMOR PATIENTS

目的探讨循证护理在防治肿瘤化疗患者毒副反应中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照的方法将该院60例肿瘤化疗的患者随机对照的方法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用循证护理,比较二组的睡眠情况、疼痛情况、毒副反应、生活质量。结果观察组的睡眠情况好于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,毒副反应程度显著轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能等方面的生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理使护理有科学依据,更具针对性,能明显减少肿瘤化疗的毒副反应,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing on toxicity reaction in chemotherapy of tumor patients.Methods Totally 60 cases of tumor patients with chemotherapy in author’s hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group by a controlled method,the control group was received routine nursing care,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing based on the the routine nursing care,and then two groups were compared with sleep,pain,tumor reaction and life quality.Results Sleep quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group,pain score was lower than that in the control group,toxicity reaction was significantly lower than that in the control group.（P〈0.05）.Life quality in physical function,role function,social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the defference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing makes nursing based on science and more targeted,it can significantly reduce the toxic side reaction of chemotherapy,and improve life quality.
