摘要
美国最具代表性的教育智库,如兰德教育研究部、美国教育政策联盟、美国教育政策中心、布鲁金斯学会、布朗教育政策研究中心、美国教育科学研究所等,在教育政策领域开展了大量具有实践性、独立性、跨学科的研究,对教育决策、大众舆论和人才培养产生了较大影响。借鉴美国的智库发展历程及研究状况,对于中国智库快速发展进程中国家治理理念共识的达成、科研组织管理机制的创新、智库建设的路径、研究范式的转型等都具有启示意义。
The most representative think tanks in the U.S., such as RAND Education, CPRE, CEP, BCEP and IES, do a lot of education policy research which is practical, independent and interdisciplinary. And these think tanks have a significant impact on education decision-making, public opinion and talent training. It has important enlightenment meaning for China to study and learn from the development process and research situation of think tanks in the U.S. in reaching a consensus on the concept of governance, innovating management mechanism in organization of scientific research, selecting suitable path to build state think tank and shifting educational research paradigm.
