摘要
本文以大学生预期收入为视角,考察不同收入预期对大学生职业选择结果的不同影响。结果发现,大学生的预期收入与其就业选择显著相关,但是对专科、本科和研究生而言,其作用的方式存在差异。本文的发现对于进一步认识大学生的就业预期、高校展开相应的分类指导、更好地帮助大学生顺利就业具有一定的参考价值。
Focusing on college students" salary expectation, this article explored the influence of future salary expectations on college students" employment decisions and discussed the following two questions: is it the excessively high expectation that makes it hard for graduates to find a proper job; and facing the mismatch between job and expectation, do students with lower expectations tend to choose to work before the acquisition of their ideal jobs. The results show that college students" job seeking behavior are significantly associated with their expectations on future salary, however, the relationships between them are quite d^erent among junior college student, undergraduate students and graduate students. Findings in this paper could promote the further understanding of college students" employment expectations, and offer some suggestions for the specified instructions that aim for helping college and university students to find their lob successfully.
