广义惯性损伤转子系统的非线性动力学

摘要 采用有限单元方法,建立了质量慢变损伤转子系统动力学模型。将质量慢变转子系统推广为惯性损伤转子系统,研究了质量慢变转子系统相位突变导致的动力学响应问题,对比研究了不同碰摩程度下质量慢变转子-轴承系统孪生碰摩损伤非线性动力学响应,结合三维轴心轨迹,指出考虑了质量慢变因素的碰摩损伤转子-轴承系统时频响应特点。所得结果为惯性损伤转子系统动力学研究和故障诊断提供了理论参考。 Using the finite element method,the dynamic model of the rotor system with damage of slowly varying mass is proposed.By extending the rotor system with slowly varying mass to the rotor system with generalized inertial damages,the dynamics of the rotor system with slowly varying mass subjected to abrupt phase change are studied.In addition,the dynamics of the rotor system with slowly varying mass subjected to rubbing faults with different rubbing levels are studied by combining the three dimensional orbit.The specific characteristics of the rotor system with rubbing fault while taking the slowly varying mass into consideration are given.The results can be referred to as dynamics of the rotor system with inertial damages and diagnosis of corresponding faults.
