摘要
为了提高胎面缠绕生产线设备的缠绕质量以及胶料分布的稳定性,降低研发成本和废品率,基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW图形化编程平台,开发具有以太网通信功能的监控系统。依据大量试验数据,建立了分层诊断数学模型,改进分层算法规则,采用分层诊断专家系统,增强轮胎生产工艺修改适用性、快速性和稳定性,有效提高生产效率,缩短生产研发周期。
A monitoring system is developed with an Ethernet/IP communication function based on the LabVIEW virtual instruments graphical programming platform,in order to improve the winding quality and rubber distribution stability of the tread winding line equipment,and to reduce the development costs and rejection rate of tires.A layering diagnosis mathematical model is established according to experimental data that improves layering rules and adopts an expert layering diagnosis system.This system has many advantages,such as applicability,rapidity and stability in the modification process of tire production.It improves production efficiency and shortens the production cycle.
