大学生抑郁情绪现状及影响因素分析

A survey on depression in college students and influencing factors

目的调查大学生抑郁情绪现状以及五态人格与抑郁的关系。方法以某大学的在校本科和硕士研究生为研究对象,发放一般调查资料、流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)和五态人格测试表。结果大学生抑郁的发生率为15.32%。二年级学生、医学专业学生、非独生子女的学生,农村学生的抑郁发生率较其他学生高。而性别与抑郁的发生无统计学意义。五态测试结果显示,少阴型人格与抑郁的发生成正相关,阴阳和平型人格与抑郁的发生成负相关。造成这个结果的原因是由于阴性人格的性格特征、生活方式等决定的。结论大学生抑郁的发生率处在很高的水平,教育机构应该加强对大学生心理健康问题的监测,提高大学生的心理健康水平。

Objective To survey the current status of depression emotion in college students, discuss the relationship be- tween the five-states personality and depression. Methods The university undergraduate and master students in the school were sampled for the study. The general survey, Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale （CES-D） as- sessment and five-state personality test were carried in them. Results The incidence of depression in college was 15.32%. Sophomore students, medical students, non-only-child students and rural students were the high risk population. The gender and the occurrence of depression were not statistically significant. Five-state test results showed that Shao-yin personality and the incidence of depression were positively correlated with the yin-yang peace personality negatively relat- ed to the occurrence of depression. This result was due to the negative personality character and lifestyle. Conclusion The incidence of depression in college students has been in a very high level, so, educational institutions should strengthen monitoring of students＇ psychological health problems and improve the mental health of college students.
