茵芩清肝汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病合并胆结石临床研究

Clinical Study of Yinqin Qinggan Decoction on Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease with Gallstone Disease

目的:观察中药茵芩清肝汤对非酒精性脂肪肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver dissease,NAFLD)合并胆结石(Gallstone disease,GD)的治疗效果,探讨治疗机理。方法:选取210例NAFLD合并GD患者,随机分为两组,中药茵芩清肝汤组及胆宁片组,治疗疗程2个月。观察两组患者治疗前后血脂、肝功能及肝胆彩超等方面的变化并进行比较。结果:治疗后两组患者血脂、肝功能及肝胆彩超均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。茵芩清肝汤组总有效率为91.4%,显著优于胆宁片组79.0%(P<0.01)。结论:中药茵芩清肝汤能明显改善NAFLD合并GD患者的肝功能、血脂、肝胆彩超分度及中医证候,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Yinqin Qinggan Decoction on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （ NAFLD ） with gallstone disease （ GD ）, and to explore the therapeutic mechanism. Methods ： 210 cases of NAFLD with GD patients were randomly divided into Yinqin Qinggan Decoction group and Danning Tablet groups. Both groups were treated for 2 months. Changes in blood lipids, liver function and hepatobiliary ultrasound before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical results were compared. Results ： After treatment for 3 months, blood lipids, liver function and hepatobiliary ultrasound were significantly improved than those before treatment （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）. The total effective rate was 91.4% in Yinqin Qinggan Decoction group, significantly better than that of Danning Tablet group 79.0% （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions ： Chinese medcine Yinqin Qinggan Decoction can significantly improve liver function, blood lipids, hepatohiliary ultrasound indexing and syndromes of NAFLD with GD, and has better clinical efficacy.
