脚气病作为一个传统中医疾病,以类伤寒四大证之一为古代医家所重视,而当今在中医临床中却备受忽略,甚至误解,该文就通过搜集历代医家有关脚气病的论述,试图厘清其发展与演变的因果源流,在此基础上概括其病因病机,结合当代疾病谱和临床,探讨其契合处,以期对当代临床能有所启发。

Jiaoqi disease, similar to Shanghan disease, is one of traditional Chinese medicine diseases. It is ignored by TCM, and even misunderstood in modern Chinese clinic. The article gathers the physicians＇ discussions of generations and tries to figure out its development and evolution. Based on this, the author summarizes the disease＇s etiology and pathogensis. According to modern disease spectrum and clinic, the author discusses the common points of ancient and modern medical cognition and intends to acquire inspiration of contemporary clinic.
