强脉冲光联合解毒痤疮丸治疗中重度痤疮临床疗效观察

Effect Observation of Intense Pulsed Light and Detoxification Acne Pill in Treatment of Moderate to Severe Acne

目的:研究运用强脉冲光联合解毒痤疮丸治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果。方法:将来本院就诊的痤疮患者进行随机选择,选择其中诊断为中重度的86例进行研究,将其按随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组仅给予本科室常规强脉冲光治疗,观察组在此基础上联合服用解毒痤疮丸。疗程结束后,按照观察指标进行疗效评定比较。结果:观察组总有效率为93.02%,对照组为76.74%,两组患者总有效率比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗时间(31.5±2.4)d,对照组(34.2±3.1)d,观察组显著少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组副作用发生率为16.28%,对照组为18.60%。两组副作用比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:强脉冲光联合解毒痤疮丸治疗中重度痤疮临床疗效好,治疗时间短,值得临床运用。

Objective ： To study the clinical effect of intense pulsed light and detoxifieation acne pill in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods ： We randomly selected 86 cases of moderate to severe aene patients and divided them into the observation group and the control group. The control group only received routine intense pulsed light treatment and the observation group combined detoxification ache pill. We evaluated and compared the curative effect according to the observation indexes. Results ： The total effective rate of observation group was 93.02% and was significantly higher than that of cgntrol group （ P〈0.05 ）. Treatment time of the observation group was （ 31.5± 2.4 ） d and significantly less than （ 34.2 ±3.1 ） d of the control group and the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The incidence of side effect of the observation group was 16.28% and that of the control group was 18.60%. There was no significant differences between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of intense pulsed light and detoxifieation aene pill in the treatment of moderate to severe ache has high curative effect and short treatment time. It is worthy of clinical application.
