摘要
[目的]了解归因训练对护理专业学生的归因方式与学习成绩的影响。[方法]选取我院护理专业三年级学生两个班为研究对象,对照班不进行归因干预训练,试验班学生进行为期3个月的归因干预训练,干预结束后进行学习结果归因方式问卷调查,将调查结果及护理专业考试课程期末考试成绩进行统计分析。[结果]试验班归因训练后在成功运气归因和失败运气归因方面与对照班存在差异(P<0.05),在学业失败归因方面也存在差异(P<0.05),试验班3门护理专业考试课程期末成绩平均分均高于对照班,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]规范的归因训练有助于学生形成积极的归因风格,提高学生的学业成就。
Objective:To know about the influence of attribution training on attribution way and learning a-chievement of nursing students.Methods:The students in two classes of three grade of nursing specialty in our school were selected as the research obj ects.The students in control class didn’t receive attributable interven-tion training,the students in test class received a period of 3 months of attribution intervention training.After the end of intervention,a questionnaire survey was carried out on learning results attribution style,and statisti-cal analysis was carried out for survey results and nursing professional exam course in final exam.Results:After attribution training,there was statistically significant difference in success and failure of luck attribution be-tween test class and control class(P〈0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in positive aspects of learning failure attribution between both classes(P〈0.05),the final grade average score of 3 nursing profes-sional examination curriculums in test class was higher than that of control class,but the difference was not sta-tistically significant(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The normative attribution training is helpful to promote students to form the positive attribution style and improve their academic achievement.
