多元文化护理问题管理模式的构建研究

Study on construction of transcultural nursing problems management mode

[目的]建立一套科学、客观、全面的多元文化护理问题管理模式。[方法]在Leininger多元文化护理和问题管理理念指导下,应用文献检索法、质性研究、问卷调查法、德尔斐(Delphi)专家咨询法确立多元文化护理问题管理模式的相关条目。[结果]构建了包含总体目标、任务、组织结构、规范及实施程序、质量监管和预警、培训方案在内的6个Ⅰ级条目、16个Ⅱ级条目和50个Ⅲ级条目的多元文化护理问题管理模式。[结论]构建的多元文化护理问题管理模式具有科学性,内容涵盖全面,提升了护理人文管理的内涵,为临床开展多元文化护理问题管理提供科学依据。

Objective：To establish a scientific,objective and comprehensive nursing problems management mode. Methods：Under Leininger transcultural nursing and problem management concepts guidance,the document re-trieval method,qualitative research,questionnaire,Delphi （Delphi）expert consultation were applied to establish related entries of a transcultural nursing problems management mode.Results：The transcultural nu rsing prob-lem management mode was constructed containing the overall goal,six Ⅰ entry level mission,organizational structure,specification and implementation procedures,quality control and early warning,including training pro-grams,19 grade Ⅱ Ⅲ level entries and 40 Ⅲ grade entries.Conclusion：The establishment of multicultural nurs-ing problems scientific management mode is scientific,it covered comprehensive care and has enhanced the meaning of humanistic management for clinical care,and provide a scientific basis for multi cultural nursing problems management.
