摘要
目的探讨血尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白(LPL)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与2型糖尿病合并痛风的相关性。方法对2型糖尿病合并痛风组、2型糖尿病无痛风组和痛风组的UA、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、LPL、hs-CRP值进行测定,统计分析3组间各生化指标的差异是否有统计学意义。结果与2型糖尿病无痛风组相比,2型糖尿病合并痛风组TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、UA水平均升高(P<0.05),HDL-C水平降低(P<0.05);与痛风组相比,2型糖尿病合并痛风组GLU、TG、LDL-C、LPL、hs-CRP、UA水平均升高(P<0.05),HDL-C水平降低(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病合并痛风组UA与GLU、TC、TG、LDL-C、LPL、hs-CRP呈正相关(P<0.05),相关系数分别为0.313、0.283、0.422、0.297、0.436;与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05),相关系数为-0.523。结论 UA、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、LPL、hs-CRP指标与2型糖尿病合并痛风密切相关,对这些生化指标的检测有助于监测和控制2型糖尿病合并痛风的发生和发展。
Objeetive To explore the correlation between the levels of uric acid(UA) ,plasma total cholesterol(TC) ,triglyceride (TG) ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),lipoprotein A(LPL) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicating gout. Methods The levels of UA,TC, TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,LPL and hs-CRP in the T2DM complicating gout group, the T2DM without gout group and the gout group were measured and statistically analyzed to evaluate whether the differences of these indicators among 3 groups having statistical significance. Results Compared with the T2DM without gout group,the TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP and UA levels in the T2DM complicating gout were increased (P〈0.05) ,while the HDL-C level was decreased(P〈0.05). Ccompared with the gout group,the GLU, TG,LDL-C,LPL,hs-CRP and UA levels in the T2DM complicating gout group were significantly increased (P〈0.05) and the HDL-C level was decreased(P〈0.05). The UA level in the T2DM complicating gout group was positively correlated with GLU, TC,TG, LDL-C, LPL and hs-CRP levels(P〈0.05), the correlation coefficient were 0. 313,0. 283,0. 422, 0.297 and 0. 436 respectively,which was negatively correlated with HDL-C(P〈0.05) ,the correlation coefficient was -0. 523. Conelusion The UA,TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, LPL and hs-CRP levels have close correlation with T2DM complicating gout, detecting these biochemical indicators is helpful to monitor and control the occurrence and the development of T2DM complicating gout.
