糖尿病合并脑血管病病变的临床护理和处理分析

Clinical nursing and treatment analysis of diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebrovascular disease lesions

目的分析糖尿病合并脑血管病病变的临床护理和处理措施。方法 80例糖尿病合并脑血管病病变患者分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式,试验组患者采用综合护理干预模式,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析对比。结果试验组患者护理效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并脑血管病病变患者采用综合护理干预具有良好的临床疗效,能有效促进患者的病情缓解,值得在临床应用上推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing and treatment analysis of diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebrovascular disease lesions. Methods A total of 80 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with cerebrovascular disease lesions were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Conventional nursing model was applied in the control group, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention model. Nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing effect in the experimental group was remarkably better than that in the control group, and the difference had statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients of diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebrovascular disease lesions has good clinical effect, and it carl promote remission. This method is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
