摘要
《混凝土结构工程施工规范》GB50666-2011有关模板支架验算的规定有较大变化。分析了水平荷载作用下模板支架结构内力计算力矩平衡简化法与有限元计算方法的偏差,提出了考虑水平荷载通过立杆水平位移和立杆内力两途径影响支架稳定承载力的思路,提出了施工荷载、附加水平荷载、风荷载组合的合理做法,指出了扣件式钢管满堂脚手架不应在整稳承载力验算之外限制长细比,提出了模板支架变形限值应与控制结构施工偏差验收规范协调的思路。
Large changes in formwork calculation are seen in Code for Construction of Concrete Structure GB20666-2011. Internal force deviations of formwork under the horizontal loads by simplified torque balance method and finite element method are analyzed. It puts forward that the stability bearing capacity of formwork is affected by horizontal displacement and the pole internal forces caused by the horizontal loads. Construction load, additional horizontal load and wind load should be combined reasonably. Slenderness ratio should not be limited besides the whole stable bearing capacity calculation of steel tubular scaffolding. Deformation limits of formwork should be coordinated with deviation acceptance of structure construction.
