摘要 装配式剪力墙住宅的特点是应用钢筋混凝土预制外墙、预制内墙、预制楼梯、叠合楼板、阳台板、空调板等预制构配件和功能性部品,通过工厂预制、机械化装配并考虑装修需求预留接口。 Fabricated shear wall house is to use the prefabricated parts, such as precast reinforced concrete exterior wall, prefabricated interior wall, prefabricated stairs, laminated floor, balcony panels, air conditioning panels and so on, and the functional components, and consider the renovation needs for aside interface through prefabrication and mechanization assembly.
