高职高专校外实践的几点探讨

高职高专的校外实践是学生获得职业能力的一个重要环节,这一过程涉及到了学院与企业的协调与管理、专兼职教师的协作以及学生适应企业环境的引导等多个方面的问题。本文拟对校外实践中的校企合作、学生管理、理论知识学习与操作技能的相互促进、学生角色转换等方面作一些探讨。

Off-campus practice of higher vocational college is an important link for students to obtain professional ability. This process involves coordination and management of college and enterprise, collaboration of full-time and part-time teachers and guiding students to adapt to the enterprise environment, and other aspects. This paper discusses the college-enterprise cooperation, students management, mutual promotion of theory learning and operational skills and students＇ role conversion in off-campus practice.
