从学校内部视角出发,高职会计专业应对“双高”的措施

高职高专会计专业目前就业率很高,但同时失业率也很高,即所谓的"双高"现象,导致这种现象的原因众多。从学校角度分析,最根本的原因在于毕业生质量较低。通过扎实学生的理论功底,强化学生的实践能力,严格学生的毕业标准,提高师资队伍的素质这样一个系统工程,有望真正提高就业率而降低失业率,向社会提供能够满足要求的会计人才。
