自我概念是人格结构的重要组成部分,而个体的生涯发展就是不断调整自我概念,以适应相应的社会环境,达到实现职业自我完善、自我发展的历程。尤其在青少年时期,心智尚不成熟,但又面临着生涯抉择,因而急需有效的生涯指导,以有一个清晰的自我认知,确定适当的发展目标并努力实践,同时,能够根据环境变化适时做出自我选择和决定,从而完整地实现生涯发展规划。因此,作为高职院校就业创业教育工作的重要环节—大学生职业生涯辅导的核心内容就是帮助学生养成积极的自我概念。

Especially in adolescence, when one＇s mind is not mature, but he has to face a career choice, and the effective career guidance is an urgent need. Therefore, one can have a clear self-concept, determine the appropriate development goal and put it into practice. He can also make a choice timely according to the change of the environment to fully realize the career development planning. Therefore, as the important part of higher vocational college employment entrepreneurship education work, the core content of college students＇ career counseling is to help students develop a positive self-concept.
