摘要
台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)在分散型和集中型的财务管理模式上,进行了探索与实践。从机构设置、信息管理、资金管理、集中会计核算、成本绩效核算等方面,构建集中型财务管理模式。财务集中管理是大型医疗集团的一种管理变革趋势,但财务管理模式的变革有其复杂性和长期性,是与医疗集团的整体变革相关联,需要在实践中不断地加以修正和完善。
Taizhou Enze Medical Center (Group) made worthwhile attempts in the decentralized and centralized financial management, in an effort to build a centralized mode featuring department setup, information management, funding management, centralized accouting, and cow.performance settlement. Centralized financial management is a trend change in the management of large medical groups, hut the changes in the financial management of its complexity and long-term, are associated with the group's overall reform needs, which need to be amended and improved constantly in practice.
