摘要 目的对不同年龄组黄斑区各区域视网膜厚度进行测量研究。方法收集门诊25-65岁的正常人319例(638眼),受试者分为青年组106例(212眼)、中年组108例(216眼)和老年组105例(210眼)。分别进行Zeiss-Humphrey光学相干断层成像仪(Cirrus Hd-OCT4000)测量,对被检眼的黄斑区采用512×128扫描模式,将黄斑区分为9个区域(A1-A9),分别测定各区域的视网膜厚度,再比较3组之间的差别。结果 3组之间各值差异均无统计学意义(均为P〉0.05)。左右眼之间差异无统计学意义。结论黄斑区视网膜厚度分布存在区域特异性,但是在25-65岁之间黄斑区视网膜厚度并不随着年龄增长而增厚,所以在日常工作中发现视网膜异常厚度要警惕眼底病变的发生。 Objective To conduct measurement study on OCT retinal thickness in macular region of different ages.Methods 319 subjects(638 eyes)aged from 25 years to 65 years in our hospital were enrolled in this study and divided into young group(106 cases,212 eyes),middle-aged group(108 cases,216 eyes)and old group(105 cases,210eyes).Macular thickness of all subjects were measured with Cirrus HD-OCT of Zeiss-Humphrey,and the macular regions of the eyes were scanned by 512 ×128 cube scan pattern and divided into nine regions(A1 -A9).The retinal thickness in macular regions was measured and the differences among the three groups were analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference in retinal thickness at A1 to A9 among the three groups( P〉 0.05).There was no significant difference between the left and right eyes. Conclusion Retinal thickness at macular region shows regional variations.Between the ages of 25-65,the retinal thickness in macular region does not increase with age.So in daily work fundus lesions must be watched carefully when abnormal retinal thickness is found.
