军事训练致膝关节骨挫伤的MRI评价

摘要 目的探讨军事训练致膝关节骨挫伤的MRI价值及临床意义。方法对150例X线及CT检查阴性的膝关节骨挫伤患者行1.5T MRI检查。患者均为男性,年龄18-32岁,平均21.5岁。MRI检查时间外伤后3-35 d,平均14 d。结果所有病例MRI关节周围骨见异常信号。36例表现为仅单纯骨挫伤,92例伴半月板撕裂,26例伴侧副韧带损伤,68例伴前交叉韧带损伤。47例随访时间1-18个月,33例局部骨质异常信号消失,14例局部异常信号减弱。结论 MRI可以反映膝关节骨挫伤的病理改变,能准确显示军事训练致膝关节骨挫伤及其伴发损伤。对指导临床诊断治疗及其康复训练具有重要价值。
