Developing Tactics Study of University Library in OA Environment

随着开放获取运动的发展,它对高校图书馆产生了巨大影响,改变着读者获取信息资源的模式,高校图书馆必须采取应对策略,积极宣传开放获取,搭建集成与检索平台,提供资源增值服务,增加资源数量,推出创新型服务,培养能提供智慧型服务的馆员队伍。

With the development of open access （OA）, it has great influences on university libraries. In the university libraries＇ services, OA has changed the mode of accessing to information resources obviously. University Libraries should adopt corresponding tactics to face such problems. Facing OA services, University Library publicizes open access actively, builds integration and retrieval platform, provides value-added resources services, increases the amount of resources, releases innovative services, trains intelligent-services librarians.
