浅论青年学科馆员能力建设——以云南省社会科学院图书馆为例

Discussion on Capacity Building of Young Subject Librarian——Taking Library for Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences as Example

青年馆员逐渐成为图书馆不可忽视的力量。要想让他们成为图书馆服务的主力军,必须要重视能力建设,逐渐将其培养成学科馆员。结合云南省社科院与图书馆的情况,阐述了青年学科馆员能力建设的重要性,并从职业能力开发、培养机制、激励策略等方面进行了探讨和分析。

Young librarians have increasingly become a significant force of library. To make them become the main force of library service, it must focus on capacity building and gradually train them to become subject librarians. This paper describes the importance of capacity building for young subject librarians combining with actual conditions of Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences and library ,then makes discussion and analysis by occupational capacity development, training mechanism, and incentive strategy, etc.
